Amboyna can grow up to 40 meters high with yellow flowers and smells good.
This tree has 20 species spread across western Africa,Indo Pacific and Malesia.
Not many people know that the bark,young leaves and sap of this tree can be used as an herbal medicine.
The sap is called Kino have the power of drugs to stop diarrhea and as a gargle to heal canker sores.
Kino and amboyna leaf extract also has properties to control the tumor and cancer.
The young leaves can be used to treat diabetes,while the bark of this tree has the property to cure kidney stones.
To make a herbal concoction of amboyna prepare the ingredients below.

A. Treating diabetes
Ingredients:
• Amboyna bark:3 grams
• Keji beling leaves(Stachytarpheta mutabilis,Vahl.):2 grams
• Orthosiphon aristatus leaves:4 grams
• Hot water:115 ml

How to make:
Put all above ingredients into a glass and then add with 115 ml of hot water and wait for 5 minutes.
How to use:
Drink a potion 1 time a day until healed as much as 1 cup.

B. Treating canker sores
Ingredients:
• Amboyna bark:4 grams
• Abrus precatorius leaves:4 grams
• Betel Leaf:3 strands
• Hot water:115 ml

How to make:
Put all above ingredients into a glass and then add with 115 ml of hot water and wait for 5 minutes.
How to use:
Use potions to gargle every three hours until cured.
