This guy has lost 500 or his 1070 pounds since last June, following a gastric bypass opperation.
If ever there was a reason to not put on weight, this is it. I really feel for people like this, once you get to that kind of weight, you have to take pretty drastic measures if you want to stand a chance of doing anything about it.
A Gastric Bypass, in which the stomach is basically reduced to the size of a large nut, is no holiday, and really doesn't appeal.
I hope it works out for this guy in the end. His target weight is 240 pounds, which is not much more than me (220 approx at the moment). Makes you think, what we consider a good weight, or a good figure, is a very relative thing.
