Healing a Hiatal Hernia Naturally | Hiatal Hernia Cure | Grocare

Hiatal Hernia affects millions of people worldwide. Are you one of them?

If you are one of the many people suffering from this disease, you may be frustrated with the controversial medical debate about whether hiatal hernia was caused by your gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) or if the hernia preceded GERD.

All you know is that you want the uncomfortable symptoms of your hiatal hernia to disappear permanently.

Though medical science has most often prescribed PPIs or surgery, these methods rarely address the root cause of the problem. Moreover, the US FDA has issued several announcements that PPIs should not be consumed for over 14 days thrice a year as they may cause osteoporosis and other side effects. You can read this safety announcement here .

Regarding Antibiotics – This study shows that with time antibiotics are becoming ineffective at eradicating the bacteria. Moreover, there are also many cases that report recurring symptoms after antibiotic treatment of H pylori and their tests showing negative results.

An alteration of your anatomic structure, in this of case the diaphragm, stomach and surrounding muscles has happened, and you aren’t sure what caused it.

You know for sure that you don’t want to wake up in the middle of the night with acid reflux, or experience any more gas and bloating. You may even be convinced there is another option for treating these symptoms without resorting to invasive, costly surgery and endless medications.

Grocare’s FDA approved herbal medicines along with a shift to healthier diet, offer a natural methodology to cure this disease. In this article, we aim to show you how they work, and what likely caused the problem to begin with. This will give you an alternative to PPIs and surgical interventions.

What is Hiatal Hernia

Hiatal Hernia is a nuisance. It makes enjoying a simple meal almost impossible.

And sleep?

Forget it. You’re up all night with an upset stomach and fire in your throat.

This disease is a growing side effect due to poor gut health, stress, the Standard American Diet (and its influence around the world), lack of exercise and poor lifestyle choices.

A whopping 60% of people in America over the age of 50 have some version of hiatal hernia – a protrusion of the stomach into the chest.

This protrusion weakens the diaphragm, causing chest pain, and gastric reflux as stomach acids enter the esophagus. A sphincter muscle normally serves as a barrier to these acids, but when it becomes weakened, it can cause many health conditions, including:

  • Heartburn
  • An acid taste in the mouth
  • Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
  • Burping
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting

These symptoms can become exacerbated when you lay flat.

Hiatal Hernia and Your Gut (The Importance of Microflora)

H.Pylori

A Hiatal hernia cure is closely tied to the health of your gut.

Around 100 trillion tiny microorganisms representing 1000 different species live inside your body. The ones that thrive, influence your level of health.

Some combinations of gut bacteria are helpful to us, and others cause disease.

Your immune system is largely driven by the microflora of your stomach and intestines. Harvard Health suggests that having healthy bacteria in your gut can prevent a whole range of diseases.

This is relatively new science. As Dr. Elizabeth Hohmann of Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital states, “This is a new frontier of medicine, and many are looking at the gut microbiota as an additional organ system. It’s most important to the health of our gastrointestinal system, but may have even more far-reaching effects on our well-being.”[2]

When bad bacteria like H. pylori become dominant in your gastrointestinal tract, GERD, Hiatal Hernia and similar gastric conditions are more likely to occur.

  1. H. pylori and similarly harmful bacteria thrive in children around the world. More than half the world population are exposed.[3] Most people that have an H. pylori infection never experience any symptoms. This is likely because the good bacteria in someone’s gut outnumbers the bad, thus mitigating damage to their health.

In some adult populations, almost 60% have been contaminated with H.pylori,[4]with many of them carrying the bacteria in their gastrointestinal tract from childhood.[5]

It has been posited that GERD, as well as hiatal hernia are caused primarily by this harmful bacteria and low stomach acid.[6]

Drug Resistant Bacteria Can Cause Hiatal Hernia

We simply cannot overlook H. pylori’s ability to cause gastro-intestinal distress. This bacterium has adapted so well that it is now prevalent in almost two-thirds of the population.

The bacteria survive in the stomach by swirling through the acids and mucous and propelling itself with multiple flagella – hair-like appendages that let it move easily.  They attach to the stomach wall and begin to secret an enzyme which converts to ammonia.

This then reduces the stomach acid, which would normally make our bodies inhospitable to the bacteria. Once H. pyloribecomes dominant in the gut, it causes stomach ulcers, hiatal hernia and even gastric cancers

Simply undergoing surgery does not address the prevalence of H. pylori– a harmful bacteria in so many of our guts. Neither do PPIs help the situation, as they also tend to lower stomach acids, which we need to help promote good bacteria and eliminate harmful bacteria. These drugs also lead to an increased risk for stomach cancer – a side effect we simply cannot afford.[7]

PPIs Can be Dangerous to Your Health

Let’s talk more about PPIs. Acid reflux drugs are commonly prescribed for symptoms which may be caused or made worse by hiatal hernia.

Common PPIs that are prescribed are:

  • Nexium
  • Dexilant
  • Prilosec
  • Zegerid
  • Prevacid
  • Protonix
  • Aciphex
  • Vimovo

Proton Pump Inhibitors are used to help people with acid reflux and hiatal hernia, but they are contributing to stomach cancer – now the fifth most common form of cancer in the world.[8]

What’s more, PPIs are often prescribed with antibiotics, which also attack your gut health.

Antibiotic resistance is causing bad bacteria to thrive and good bacteria gets thrown out – like the baby and bathwater analogy.

Moreover, antibiotic resistance changes the way drugs work in our bodies, making them less effective. This is true of PPIs as well as other pharmaceutical medications. We become less apt to fight infection, and more prone to host harmful pathogens with the increased use of antibiotics.

This causes even greater damage to our immune system, and thus our ability to fight disease.

Even the USFDA has warned[9] against the use of PPIs, stating that in addition to stomach cancer risks, you are now more likely to suffer:

  • Hip, wrist, and spine fractures
  • Gastrointestinal distress
  • Inflammation of the esophagus

Does that sound like something you want to do to your body when a protrusion of the esophagus into your stomach is what is causing all your symptoms?

Relapse Incidence with Hiatal Hernia Surgery

This leads us to a discussion of hiatal hernia surgery – another common “antidote” to this gastrointestinal disease. But perhaps not the best one.

Often when a doctor recommends a hiatal hernia surgery, they do so without truly getting informed consent from their patients. Informed consent is when someone truly understands the implications of their medical decisions – both good and bad.

It isn’t that your doctor has it in for you. They were just not trained in nutrition, the recent discoveries surrounding the importance of gut health, lifestyle change implications, or even just balancing stomach acids. They were trained as surgeons and mechanics. Their first instinct may not be to look at natural alternative to the scalpel or knife.

One of the implications of hiatal hernia surgery is a relapse of the hernia. Laproscopic surgery has a higher relapse rate than one would imagine, with a range of 10-40% of patients relapsing.[10]

In fact, there is a whole industry for recurrent hiatal hernia.[11]That’s right. Hernia’s that need to be treated a second or third time with surgery because it didn’t work the first time.

There are also numerous complications associated with hiatal hernia surgery, including:

  • Cardiac arrest[12]
  • Difficulty burping or vomiting
  • Difficulty swallowing
  • Pneumothorax
  • Internal organ damage
  • Internal bleeding
  • Infection

This makes you wonder – is surgery the real solution to a hernia?

Natural Medicines That Can Help with Hiatal Hernia Cure

Finally, let us consider natural cures for hiatal hernia. Grocare has created three synergistic, 100% natural medications that address the problems listed above.

Hernica strengthens the intestines and abdominal wall naturally by enhancing digestion. When our digestive system is working as it should, we can absorb vital nutrients in the form of vitamins and trace minerals. We are also able to excrete toxins that contribute to poor gut health and lowered immunity.

Hernica contains Ayurvedic herbs that support digestive health. These are:

Pongamia glabra helps to relieve gas and acts as an intestinal stimulant. Pongamia glabra, a member of the Fabaceaeplant family has properties that include insecticidal and microbial balancing abilities. Seeds of the tree contain 27% pongamia oil know for detoxification and balancing.

Cassia angustifolia to help relieve constipation. The herb’s hydroxyanthracene glycosides, also known as Senna Sennoside support peristalsis, or the movement of the bowels.[13]This is essential to a healthy gut so that feces do not become trapped in the intestinal tract attracting unhealthy bacterium.

Holarrhena antidysenterica is an astringent herb that is also anti-dysenteric, and anthelmintic. It is a natural digestive tonic.

Ferula asafoetida strengthens the Intestines. It is a digestive aid, as well as antispasmodic and carminative. It also effectively relieves gas and constipation.

Acidim, another medicine created by Grocare maintains optimum pH levels in the body, and helps to regulate stomach acids. As we have learned, stomach acids are vital to both digest our food, assimilate nutrients which support overall immunity, and help to combat bad bacteria.

Proper pH balance and the use of probiotics can help to promote a healthy microbiota. It is also important to note that good bacteria can help to lower our gut’s pH, thus increasing our overall health.

Likewise, good or beneficial bacteria have a hard time living in an overly-acidic body.[14]

Finally, Xembran, restores healthy microflora, kills off H. pylori and other pathogenic (bad) bacteria in the stomach and help in hiatal hernia cure.

Xembran also increases your ability to digest food, while protecting the stomach and intestines from irritation caused by eating spicy foods, highly processed foods, stress, overuse of antibiotics, stomach infections, lack of exercise, and other environmental factors known to affect gut health.

Our formulation contains over 12 different Ayurvedic herbs with scientifically proven medicinal capabilities to support treatment – at the root — of hiatal hernia and other gastric disorders.

These natural medicines do not cause the harmful side effects of surgery or PPIs, nor do they break the bank. They are supportive of the body and its organs at large, while directly targeting gut health and a thriving microbiota.

By treating hiatal hernia at its root, natural medicines can replace traditional cures with greater efficacy and lowered costs.

Dear Sirs, I recently purchased the kt for Hiatal Hernia. I am very impressed by the results. In about 2 weeks i already begin to feel relief. The stomach bloating is almost gone and the pain has been reduced by about 90%. I have been suffering with stomach issues since January of this year. I have tried several combos of over the counter meds and natural remedies as well but with very little improvement, frankly it was very discouraging, however your medication is by far the one offering real result.. Thank You

I noticed an immediate improvement of my symptoms, which honestly I wasn't expecting to happen so quickly.  I am 56 years old and weigh 150 pounds. Thank you again. I'm looking forward to successfully finish my treatment.
