Fitness Challenge: Decent Progress After Three Weeks

After week three, I've started to see a bit more progress in this weight loss challenge. I am down to 233.6 and am confident I should be in the 220s by next Wednesday. I am a bit disappointed in my performance this time around, though. I should be under 230 by now.
