Happy holiday weekend! Hope you have some great plans for July 4th. I set off some fireworks with our sex topic this week when I polled Twitter asking what people are more attracted to, ass or abs? 

I heard from so many people about their Body Issues and preferences - and the answers might not be what you think! You can hear allll about it on our latest podcast. 

One thing I feel very strongly about is sending a positive message to men/women and boys/girls about their bodies. The images we see and way we address Body issues can create insecurities - especially body shaming and false ideals of perfection. That's why it's so important to develop self-confidence inside and out. Love yo'self!
