That's exactly how I feel right now: So good.
This was not the case just over a couple of hours ago, when I decided to sleep-in and miss the 9 AM advanced class at the studio. I thought I was going to skip practicing today, as tired and achy as I was feeling, and was not very happy about it.
But just before 11 AM and after finishing some business on my laptop, I rolled my mat in my living room and just followed my breath right through the asanas of the first series. Amazing how this stuff makes one feel, a complete 180 degree turn from the pre-practice laziness and hesitation thoughts. The breath combined with the movements of this practice are just a life saver.
Now on to enjoying a cold and windy but guilt-free Saturday. True blessings...
