Hey I know you’re getting your week started and I’m going to send you some energy to. For those of us on this side we are in our Sunday which does mean our spiritual day. Normally we take it a little bit easy and that’s what it’s about. Taking a little bit easier but I’m in a major Haggana conference right now I’m training with sir. This is another day I’ve got a few more days left and I’m having a blast. Lot of learning a lot of training and it keeps my mind kind of where it needs to be.

[00:01:06] This training kind of gets it where it needs to be and I love that, and a lot of great things going on. The levels are coming together we’re going to be assigning Triad’s this week for those of you in level 3, for those of you on level 2 get in your assessment when you can there’s no rush. [00:01:43] Today I want to talk about a topic that I like. It’s about taking some time or taking a mental break and it’s something that we need to do.

[00:01:50] We all need to learn to start getting away and doing something that we enjoy. So for example this weekend I’m training really hard we’re as Sir is saying “he’s recalibrating our system.” It’s what we do to learn, It’s something that we go out and we train and we work with many different people to help them with this system and with the system It’s something that Sir’s always evaluating and redoing so we’re doing a lot of studying and a lot of physical movement, a lot of activity and a lot of mental work. A lot of mental work. It’s almost like going back to school and it’s one of the reasons I love it. It keeps me mentally sharp because we’re always learning something new, but with that, one thing sir likes to do is give us clearing time. He likes to give us a mental break. There will be times to just say go take a walk and what he means by that is just go get out of there and stop Thinking so much and allow your brain to relax. We’ve got to be able to take that time, We’ve got to learn to let the brain relax. There’s an old adage let your hair down right. So you’ve got to just relax a little bit take a breather. Golf is something that is important to me and I play a lot of golf and golf is a sport where you can hyperfocus. The truth is you cannot stay hyperfocus for four hours, if you constantly are thinking about golf over four hours while you’re playing you will play terrible.

[00:03:11] You got to do what we call getting in the box or getting out of the box when you’re in the box you’re playing when you step out of the box You’re now thinking about something else, that allows you to keep that focus when you need it the most. OK. That’s what I want you to focus on today is understanding this Idea of clearing time or this idea of getting away from the mental noise that is just constantly churning and churning in your mind. We do that by taking breaks, and so I know we’re here on a Sunday and for some of your Monday and if you’re in Oz and across the pond for me and you’re saying it’s Monday I can’t take a break. You can still learn to fill in some mental breaks during your day and when you start to get fatigue. What I would rather have you do is get up from the computer and take a break. Just take a break. Allow yourself the mental focus because there’s nothing like getting in the cloud. Once you’re in the cloud, and your minutia time takes over everything just goes. Next thing you know you’re just you’re just you know you’re not really accomplishing anything. You’re just kind of going through the motions and we’ve all been there. The reason is we haven’t taken some time to clear, the other thing we need to do with the mental break is there’s times when we need to go and just get away from everything.

[00:04:25] A lot of people ask me why do I do this intensive training that I do and part of it is because it gets me away from everything I cannot be in my training and be here to I can’t be here and be thinking about coaching and be thinking about what I need to do with my people and what we’re going to do next on MorningCoach, it’s impossible. If I do that I’m going to burn out, I’ll burn out. There’s been stages in my life doing MorningCoach which is what I love being here for you every morning and I burn out and actually thought about stepping back from this and part of the reason is because in those times things are going the other direction, and so for what I did is forced it. I tried to force it to make it work I tried to work harder to make it work and then I would just get into it and literally burn out. When I do better I’m playing Golf, I’m training with Sir, I’m traveling, I’m doing other things than just being stuck here in the MorningCoach moment, just stuck in the business right see gotta learn to take a mental break. Also when we talk about metaphysics and we get into the depth of life and I know many of you Jacob likes to go down that rabbit hole. Many people like the Wednesdays here because we talk a little bit more metaphysical you know taking a break allows us to clear the space.

[00:05:42] If we learn about the vacuum of Prosperity one of the things that we discuss as nature abhors a vacuum and what happens is when we can create space we allow new things to come into our lives and that’s what I want you to focus on is allowing that space to clear that that space so that we can allow the new things to come in when we allow that new stuff to come in and we take them on a break. It allows us to start to get the new ideas of fresh things that are going to happen that allows us to be more mindful which is a big part of what I believe in and allows us to slow it down. We can also take a mental break by doing some meditation and we’re going to get into this in level 3 as we do a 90 day challenge to try to work on meditation every day. But even a 10 minute meditation could make a big difference if you can just get out of mind and get yourself to be thinking a little bit differently. It can shift the way that you’re living and bringing more energy which is the most important part. The idea today is to learn about the mental break and to take it when you can. It’s a Sunday for most of us it’s a Monday for many people too that are just overseas and that’s cool but if you’re overseas working and it’s a Monday for you then take some mental breaks today. If it’s a Sunday for you I want you to be able to clear a little bit and get your mind away from things

[00:07:02] So tomorrow when we start our day we can get really refresh because tomorrow we’re talking about focus and commitment and really understanding what are we focused and committed on and that’s our week topic next week and we’re really going to get into this idea of you know where is the energy going. As we talk about it in level 2 energy and peace the twins are so important in life and that focus and commitment as we get to this part of the year is really important because this is of the breakdown starts to occur. We’re coming into that third week, coming to the end of January people start to get back into the flow of things and they start to break down with their focus and their commitment. Part of the reason is because we get so damn hyperfocus that we get into it so much that we aren’t able to step back and now start to relax and then allow the flow to occur. We also lose the patient we want everything now and I understand that, I want changes now, I want things to happen now, but the truth is we’ve got to be patient and allow things to work especially those of you that are working on our health that is so critical we had a lot of assessments and people are trying to get their health better and that is a very patient thing that we need to do day and day out. Okay so we’ve got to work on ourselves and keep getting better keep getting stronger eat right sleep good. Those are the paramount to a great healthy system which actually helps us become more abundant which is so important. So we’ve got it for Sunday we’re going to go out we’re going to do it. Today’s ACIM and again why do we do ACIM.

[00:08:32] Well there’s a couple things. One is for you to just think a little bit differently. It’s just something that gets you thinking differently. I’m not into it if whatever your belief system is that’s not really what the idea is to get you to believe this or to get you to do something now just to think differently. I want you to analyze it so a lot to come in your brain and think about what it is this mean and what is going on with it. Right. Why are we doing these lessons and just think about that and allow it, why is it in your life right now, and the other reason I’m doing it is most people never get past lesson 10. Most people don’t. Maybe less than 20 maybe less than 50 but they never get through all 365 of these lessons because it’s a challenge to do. And it’s a mentally challenging thing. It’s a mind bender we’re already starting to think about some things. I mean today’s lesson 14 is this.

[00:09:23] Think about this one is God did not create a meaningless world, God did not create a meaningless world. Here it says with your eyes closed you say this for a few times God did not create that war and so it is not rea,l God did not create that airplane crash and so it is not real, God did not create that disaster whatever it is so it’s not real, God did not create a meaningless world. That idea can be done in a few practice periods and you say God did not create a meaningless world. He did not create specific situation which is disturbing to you. So it’s not real, so God did not create this, so it’s not real.

[00:10:01] Again these are mind benders. Somebody asked me the other day that why is the core so negative. Because it tends to be negative with this like God did not create this disaster so it’s not real, God did not create this war so it’s not real. The reason that it is more of a negative workbook is because it’s for students. Most people have not done any type of this work orf working to stay positive, have not done metaphysical work to understand their mental makeup and what this book does is it helps you think differently or breaking down that and that’s why it does so for most people. They live in a negative state of mind. Most of the time remember our job here. Morning coaches to flip it. We’re trying to get you 51 percent positive and 49 percent negative. Most people are more 51 percent positive and 51 percent negative and 49 percent positive in fact most people are 80 percent negative and 20 percent positive. It just is what it is. We are surrounded by negativity in our world today. And so this makes that assumption that you’re coming into this without any morning coach type training you haven’t been with me at all.

[00:11:09] That’s why sometimes when we get into it and you hear this like God did not create this war it’s not so real. God didn’t create there. It’s not it’s not real. God did not create this disaster. Specify it’s not real.

[00:11:20] The idea is to get you thinking differently but it’s again about a negative thing that’s coming into your life and you’re changing and shifting the thought process on it. OK so that’s what the course does is it shifts your mind and it gets you thinking differently.

[00:11:35] Again these are mind benders. So today’s lesson is God did not create them into this world and the ideas God did not create this. So it is not real and I will go through that.

[00:11:46] As we get into deeper and deeper why this means right now the idea of the workbook is just to take the lesson do it and just let it go let it be a part of what you’re doing day in and day out. OK. So let’s keep rock and rolingl and that’s lesson 14. Great job. You done 14 of them together already. We’re going to keep rolling, and as always I love you. Let’s go do it. Have a great day and keep that energy going OK. I will be back with you with more here tomorrow on MorningCoach. We’re going to get into focus and commitment as we start our week which is going to be a blast. All right so I love you. Go have a fantastic day.
