[00:00:20] As you know my name’s J.B. Glossinger and this is your personal revolution system thee place to get your day started right.

[00:00:28] Welcome, welcome, welcome, and I’m so glad you’re here this Monday ready to take it on Episode 2972.

[00:00:38] Yes we are on our countdown to 3000 going to start talking about some things with that and hopefully we’ll be there to all celebrate together as Christmas Day is actually my three thousands episode. I can’t even spit that out today I’m so pumped about it. So excited about that and we got a lot of things going on this week. We’re going to start off today with the topic understanding that the next five weeks and the next six weeks really the next five to six weeks are the most dangerous weeks for us. I’m talking about fitness level, and I’m also talking about planning levels, so we’re going to go over that today why this is a dangerous time and we got to be very cautious about setting ourselves up for success. We’re going to do that together which is really great. Tomorrow we’re talking about chopping wood and carrying water and I’ll go over that and you understand that more tomorrow we’ll get in the personal development. On Wednesday we’re going to talk a little bit about this countdown to 3000 and the significance to you and what we’re doing here which is awesome. Then Friday we’re going to talk about an abundant December because Friday is December 1st and we’re going to be talking about how we’re going to get that into mode, that prosperity abundance. Saturday were going to talk about being systems oriented, and then Sunday we’re going to talk about a spiritual break. So a lot of really awesome content this week. I’m excited. And things are coming together like you wouldn’t believe we’re getting ready to set up your year. The levels are coming together. Two things are coming out this week. One is some documentation on level one and level two some of things we’re going to be doing and how we’re going to be working together, I’m writing up actually some procedures. It’s actually going to be a book eventually a manual as we go through 13 levels. How we do it, where do you start, where should you be, and how do you progress. It’s just awesome and I’ve been working really hard on it and we’ll be sending stuff out a little bit at a time. So keep an eye out on that. Also the retreat details are coming out later this week. I’ve got to visit a couple of hotels as you know that’s February 23 through 26. If you haven’t got your ticket please do. We’ve already got I think 10 of them 10 people are coming. I can only fit in a maximum you know 15 to 20 people max 20 just because of the way these retreats are as you know Friday.

[00:03:08] Mike Lee Kanarick Sir, is going to be teaching there is no physical activity a lot of people say oh well Mike’s coming the ex Israeli commando, you do all this training with him. Is this going to be physical. No. He is going to talk about his observation, he’s going to give you some skills that have just served me so where so so much. As far as awareness and operational awareness and ways to get yourself in a good position I’m told you don’t want to miss this. It can save your life, It will help you become more efficient, It’ll help you understand, it’s just a totally different way of thinking about business life. Sir himself is very successful in business, and we’re going to be talking about some of the angles and some of the things that you do that will keep you operationally aware which is great. Then Saturday is with me we’re doing a sacred six live event which is just going over your secrets. It’s awesome. You could see the testimonials on the event page. That’s what we’re going to be doing. Those generally run 9 a.m. to 430 and then Sunday I’m just doing an informal get together. So we’re going to get together whether it depends where we’re at. We are either going to do the beach or we’ll do maybe my club, someplace where we can just go for a couple hours. No learning just getting to know each other helping each other for a few hours.

OK, and if you need me you could always send me an e-mail [email protected] if you’re coming down to retreat with questions. I’ve been getting a lot of them trying to answer them all. Were going to be setting up our year this year and really this is the time, really as we get into when December hits,

[00:04:48] It is the time to start getting organized. Now the big issue the big issue that we have is that this is a really dangerous time and it really started last week because if you work all year to get yourself in shape and then you just lose it over this time, we’ve got to be very cautious of it. It’s why it’s very dangerous, if we go into the year very sloppy we’re not organized we don’t know what direction we’re going to go and we just start our year. We just don’t want to start off that way, and it’s also a time when we’ve got to really understand our commitment levels because I will guarantee you this and do a little social experiment for yourself OK go to a gym. I don’t care where it is, the first week of January go the second week of January go the third week of January the fourth week of January. By the second week of February if you go every week and you go in that gym it will be empty by February. People will just have given up already on their health and fitness resolutions. We do not want to be like that.

[00:05:48] We want to get to this point where we’re doing the grape ritual on New Years and we’re looking at the six things or the seven things or the five things or the three things that we accomplished this year and check the boxes that this is what we did. Right. So this year for me as we come into the close of 17, I knew it was going to be a transition year. I made a lot of changes, and you’ve been with me through these changes, and we’re restructuring, reorganized. I wanted to change the whole entire business, I went into coaching this year and it’s just been awesome I’ve got the best clients in the world, I closed my inner circle this year which the inner circle was a huge Rev for the company. Almost a half a million dollars a year and I let that go, and we changed it up, and so it’s been a transitionary period for me. It’s been scary many times. Very scary. We made some changes to the membership and we lost a lot of members with those changes. The reason is because I kind of had a comeback in on what we were going to do. Take a look at the technology and recognize that this is about helping others and then surrendering to what we needed to do so this year for me has been about surrendering and taking some hits and you know realizing that you know it wasn’t going to get where it needed to be. The way that I was going and I wanted to make those changes.

[00:07:10] Now we’ve got to structure and now we’re getting ready now share with you as we go forward you know as we count down to 3000 what we’re doing now and the changes we’ve made but I’m excited. I’m excited. like I said it’s been a scary year for me because I knew it was going to be a transitional year. I knew that there were going to be some some issues along the way and of course when you know that then there will be issues. But I’ve kind of just let it go through and I’m so excited about where we’re going. So I want you to have that energy. OK. So we’ve got to understand first, we’ve got to get organized, and really get that structured, we’re going to be doing that at level 2. We’re really going to go into your sacred six. I’m going to personally review your sacred six if you want me to. Right. Like I said a lot of people come here and they just want to hear the motivation in the morning they just want to listen you know some people like to courses. What I’ve found with the courses is they take a little too much time and people drop off. So the levels are going to be totally different. There’s going to be tremendous support in a system here to help you as we get structured and organized coming in the new year. So you got to be thinking about what 18 is going to look like. We got through this year. We know what it was.

[00:08:20] Now what is 18 going to look like. What do we want to accomplish. what are the things that we want to do. what do we want to manifest, what is the experience that we want, and if you don’t know then I want you to think about what are some of the experiences that you would like to have this year, so that we can commit to those and we can start to get ourselves going into the next level. One area that I think is critical that everybody here at MorningCoach all of us including myself need to have as part of our lives is fitness. We need to eat right, we need to be healthy. I’m not saying we all need to be supermodel’s. It’s not what it’s about. OK I’m not into that, I’m not, I’m not into physical appearance, I’m talking about training something and maintaining your health at the highest possible level taking personal responsibility for that. Again it’s not about physical appearance, It’s about how you perform, how you feel, and if we can get your health up to another level and we can all work together with that then I’m doing my job. That’s a part of everything. When we talk about that circle of life or we talk about the life experience we all that we put together, and I’ll be bringing that out. You’ll see that with Level Two when we look at areas that we’re going to be working on as we get into this. So fitness is a big one.

[00:09:35] The other big one here at MornimgCoach that I think is really critical, is that we have this spiritual component that you find the depth of life you know and we start to bring that into your life. So we’ve got to have a couple areas, for me that I think are really critical are fitness and spiritual and then we’ve got to work on our relationships, our financial situation, our career, but I will help you and we will come up with a game plan specifically for you, and then I want you to stay consistent. And one of the things that I’m really surprised it’s working real well as that level 2 on I think it was Thursday last week or Wednesday last week I put up the what’s app and we started getting people joining that and that group has just been phenomenal you guys are rocking. I can’t even keep up with the messages in that group. I love it. People are supporting each other, helping each other. The new Facebook group the Secret Group for Level 2 is going real well. We want to create that accountability now. My original plan was to have more of that in level 3 as people graduate and get their finances in order and get there and get their sacred 6 in order. Those are more personal things that people need to work on.

[00:10:41] Then as we go into more of the spiritual stuff in Level 3 and then into the prosperity Level 4 I wanted to start breaking people up and Triad’s one of the reasons that I didn’t want to make the accountability all part of Level 2 also was because we’re going to be bringing some new people into Level 2 and I want to make sure they’re committed because I don’t want to put somebody with somebody else that’s not committed and then have them drop out because that’s going to be a management issue. Real challenge and making sure we get the right people together. So Level 2 is really a qualifier as you go through that for a few months and you really get organized get yourself structured properly you know are you ready for Level 3. I’m the one at this point, the way it’s working, I am the one that’s reviewing your materials to make sure you’re ready for Level 3 or level 4, Level 5, 6, 7, and the whole concept is as you move to the levels I will be doing a little bit more with you. Right because obviously as you get to higher levels it’s more esoteric and knowledge in the things that we’re doing. Every ounce of my master’s in business every ounce of my Ph.D. studies and everything I’ve learned and I think even more importantly everything I’ve learned over the last 12 years since I launched a Life Foundation, and coaching thousands of people around the world and seeing the successes and seeing the things that work is at play here. That’s why we’re putting it together so it is super super powerful and we’re going to be working together but we do want some accountability going into this year. In February and March if you’re falling off you need to get with the group, and we need to make sure you have somebody there that’s helping you.

[00:12:09] If it’s something that you really want to accomplish you need to accomplish it. Now part of my job is to create a place where you can be vulnerable where you can come and you can say hey I need this help, and that’s why the Triad’s at level 3. I know that somebody has been with me, I’ve talked to them, I understand who they are, I feel that I’m going to be comfortable putting those three people together, and that’s three, and the twins of energy and peace are going to start flowing through here as we get going. You’ll see it when you get the documentation this week on kind of the steps that you need to accomplish level 2 so you can start working on Level 3. For those of you at level one, MorningCoach is closed but we’re going to be making some changes and I will be making some announcements to that as we come into December later this week because it is what we want to do. We want to grow this membership. That’s my focus. I’m doing three things. Just so you know this year growing MorningCoach again, MorningCoach hasn’t grown in four or five years because I’ve had it closed and we’ve done some things with it and it just it hasn’t. So this is a year we’re going to get back to growth. Coaching, I’m going to continue to coach. I’m going to take on a few clients going into the new year just because I love to do it and I’ve got room for two more. That’s it.

[00:13:16] I’ve got a couple people that can fit in the group coaching I’m going to do that, and the third thing I’m gonna do some of these retreats. I am going to get to Europe. I’m committed to that. We’ve got some really awesome people that are willing to help and we’re going to do that sometime this year and I’m going to get that focused in so we can get a group going over there. That’s my commitment level that’s 18. I’m very happy with that. If I can bring on a couple coaching clients, help the ones that I’ve got, if I can grow MorningCoach to the next level and really build this and get it back to where it’s growing again to where it’s awesome and create the levels and help people move through there and then put some retreats together I’m happy. So that’s kind of my focus and obviously I’ll be sharing with that. The ups and the downs and actually this year at level 2 and above I’m going to share the numbers. You’re going to see exactly what’s going on with MorningCoach. I’ve never done that before but I want everybody to know I want to sleep good at night. I love transparency. My life’s an open book. You need something for me, you need to come here and get it for me. OK so stay consistent good accountability and reach out. I think that’s the main thing. You know a lot of people don’t want to reach out and I’m super busy. It is.

[00:14:21] If you need individual help obviously we need to set up a coaching program for you, because I only have so many hours but I’m going to do my best to make sure you know you have a trusted adviser, you have people around you that are supporting you, and out of all of this my most important thing is that we’re having fun, because the reason that I’m doing all this is through my life the older that I get, and I’m going to be 49 this year right. I’m 48 right now. Over the past 10 years and even the past 20 years as I got out of college I just didn’t have people to hang out with and have fun with. I had friends who we go get drunk but it’s not the same thing. It’s not about people coming together and then evolving and building real relationships and coming together, and helping people with their spirituality, and helping them find their truth, and helping them find happiness and joy. Whatever sport I played I was always that Captain. I just did that thing with Sir for 30 hours with all of these, I mean just awesome guys that were just solid and they made me the captain like the person you know why because I always bring good energy. Why do I bring good energy. Because I want everybody to have fun. I want everybody to be happy. That’s just my personality.

[00:15:31] The problem is over the years I got in a corporate, and I wasn’t in those groups. People took advantage of that. I worked in sales and people took advantage of that. This is a first place in my life. This MorningCoach community that I could actually come into the community and help bring joy and happiness to the people that are in this community. And for me that’s what it’s about. It’s about having fun and putting that energy together and us celebrating victories together because life takes time. Not everything happens. I spent a whole year trying to figure this thing out. A whole year. Still a little more time than that, it was last year in November that I started making some significant changes here, and it’s crazy, and I had to be patient, but now it’s starting to come together, and when you feel that momentum starting to shift that’s when you’re having fun. I want to have fun with you as you start to feel the momentum shift. You see and that’s what this group’s about, It’s so deep and so important. so we’re going to do that together. OK. Let’s get out there, let’s start our week off with some great energy. I got a lot coming this week, I’m going to be working all week, sending you things, keep an eye out. If you’re not in level two make sure you get a hold of us so that we can get you in,and it’s a secret area. There’s a lot to it. We’ve got a new lifeline.

[00:16:45] We have what’s app that’s working we’ve got a group in there, a lot of really cool things happening and we want to make sure you’re involved with that because it’s fun. It is fun.
