Ok so I was talking about setting goals and I just set an unimportant goal, just to post up that was to do 100 Push ups without a break by 1st of july. Now I will acheive this
This is an update 60 push ups. I will get to 100 full push ups, not the quick little half push ups some people do, but full ones.
I have two little pauses in this video where I am stretching. In my 100 attempt I wont do these its just a way to increase your conditioning for pushups. Even though I can bench 20-30kg more than my bodyweight of 75kg. I cant yet do 100 push ups. Its using diffrent fibres.
Anyway heres 60.
Set goals for yourself, in all areas of your life and acheive them.
