Quick Fried Tofu Snack

Cooking Tofu has been challenging to me. What to do with this mystery food, right? So I look at tofu like, if you don’t cook it right, it’s tasteless. But you can do so many things with it…

This one tofu recipe is very easy.

What do you need?

  • Tofu
  • Garlic
  • Manioc Flour
  • Wasabi Mustard
  • Lime
  • Ginger
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Just cut the tofu into slices, then mash some garlic, salt and flour into a plate. Heat the olive oil in a pan, into really hot. Coat the tofu with the flour mix, and fry the tofu for about 3-5 minutes each side (or until golden). You should drain it with some paper towels before serving.

For the sauce, I try to keep it simple, so just mix half a lime, with the wasabi mustard, ginger and a little salt.

This snack can be ready in 15 minutes
