Semi squat plus with shoulder lateral raise (finish raising your heels)
perform simple 15 repetitions of Exercise one-
Exercise 2 plank- hold 45 seconds if is too easy add 15 seconds more
Exercise 3 quadruped opposite arm and leg 5 extensions and holding it for 2 seconds
