Asian Beef Sliders with Pineapple Salsa Makes Easy Beef Sliders

Do you like burgers?  Well, my Asian Beef Sliders might be one of my favorite recipes. Having friends over for St. Patrick’s Day?  You’ll love these easy Beef Sliders with my Asian Sliders with Pineapple Salsa.  Perfect for March and National Nutrition Month, these are even a diabetic ground beef sliders recipe.  A hearty pick-up that are the perfect size to eat and have for pick ups. Men and women alike will call this winning easy beef sliders, and best of all they can be made ahead of time.  So, you are not busy in the kitchen missing out on the game!  This is one of my easy, fun recipes in Too Hot in the Kitchen-actually these recipes keep you out of the kitchen but “sizzling hot with the cooking!!!

Asian Beef Sliders with Pineapple Salsa
Outrageously out of this world.  Easy beef sliders bursting with Asian flavors topped with pineapple salsa served in miniature buns make the best Asian Beef Sliders. Can make these ground beef sliders recipe earlier in the day, refrigerate, and cook when ready to serve. Great served at room temperature.
    Servings24 sliders
    Ingredients
    • 1 3/4pounds ground sirloin
    • 1/3cup Panko bread crumbs
    • 1/3cup green onionschopped
    • 1teaspoon ground ginger
    • 2teaspoons garlicminced
    • 2 egg whites
    • 6tablespoons hoisin saucedivided
    • 24 Hawaiian bread miniature rolls
    • Pineapple Salsa
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven 450 F.  Line baking sheet with foil.

    2. Line baking sheet with foil. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except rolls using 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce. Form into miniature patties (heaping tablespoons depending on size of bun) and place on prepared pan.

    3. Brush tops of burgers with remaining 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce. Bake 10-12 minutes or until done. Slit rolls and place burger with about a tablespoon Pineapple Salsa (see recipe).
    Pineapple Salsa
    Perfect blend of flavors to complement burgers, fish or chicken. Make ahead and refrigerate. This salsa made a huge splash at my party!
      Servings1 1/2 cups
      Ingredients
      • 1(20-ounce) can crushed pineappledrained
      • 1/3cup green onionschopped
      • 2tablespoons cilantrochopped
      • 1/4cup seasoned rice vinegar
      • 1teaspoon sweet chili sauce or chopped jarred jalapeno
      Instructions
      1. In bowl, mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate.
