Screen time and you.

The total Screen time is inclusive of TV, computer, video games. There should be none for those below 2 years and then only upto 2 hours. Excessive screen time can lead to obesity, lack of attentiveness, and inability to sleep. This is true for children and also for adults. Having more physical activity and opting for them rather than screen time is beneficial for both children and adults. It is important to keep this in mind especially in this high tech age where we sometimes do not realise the cost of excessive screen time. Remove those TVs from the bedrooms and enjoy music instead.
