Stoking Your Desire to be Victorious with Weight Loss

I know the title maybe a little over the top, but isn’t Weight Loss over the top. The title is true!  You have to stoke your desire for weight loss.  If you don’t, it will be a task for you to meet your goals.

There are many levels of success with weight loss.  The level of success depends on your goals.  In order to reach your goals you must truly believe in yourself and not have an attitude of defeat.  You also have to believe what you are doing.  The next way to become victorious with weight loss is developing a Massive Action Plan and actually putting it into action.

Make it a point to have an attitude that you are willing to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes. This is when success will come banging down your door and it will be hard to send it away.  It will be like a snowball effect.  Keep in mind that your level of desire will be one of the deciding factors if you reach your goal.  That is why the title states “Stoking Your Desire.”

Stoking your desire will put you on a different level a person than a person that states they are trying to get in shape.  Stoking your desire will cause you to say I am getting in shape instead of trying to get in shape.  Stoking your desire will cause you to go through your massive Action Plan with intensity and a expectancy attitude.  The expectancy attitude will allow you to breakthrough those obstacles that held you back in the past. 

During your weight loss and mental training journey, do not become extremely obsessed.   Extreme obsession will drop you to a level where you will struggle because you will become way too consumed with it.  Besides it is out of  balance and balance is very important when it comes to weight loss.  You can be passionate and psyched about getting physically and mentally fit, but not extremely obsessed.

You will be surprised what passion can do when you are on your path of reaching a weight goal.  The passion will stay even when you have reached you goal.  This is why preparing yourself mentally to lose weight will produce lasting lifetime results.

 Don’t take any shortcuts stoking your desire.  Follow your Massive Action plan step by step.  The more positive energy you put in stoking your desire, the stronger you will become mentally.  This will keep you from throwing in the towel on the days you want to give up.  Continue to feed your mind with positive and encouraging things while you are on your weight loss journey.  Don’t look back.  Keep moving forward.
