Home Remedies for Influenza

- Take 3 to 5 leaves of Neem and chew it daily to purify the blood.
- Take 5 grams of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove, turmeric, and black pepper with 30 grams of sugar. Make a powder of everything mixed together and take it half teaspoon with honey twice a day daily.
