  A strained wrist is frequently referred to as any minor pain felt within the wrist that is usually caused by a small muscle or tendon tear. Wrist strain can occur after a sudden hit, sharp movement, over twisting, and/or overstretching. font-size.


3. Scaphoid Fracture

 The scaphoid bone is the most common location for a fracture in the wrist. A scaphoid fracture is often caused by accidental falls during high-energy activities or falling on an outstretched hand.

There are two types of wrist fractures. First, displaced, meaning the bones have moved from their original position, and second, non-displaced, where the bones have not moved.
