Guys we think we are Healthy and we aren't being sick and whatever but we forget that death doesn't come mailing us. So we should do what so possible from our side to be healthy. I think  I am going out of the topic. But,  today in this article we are going to talk about the healthy habits that we can do to control our Blood Pressure. So, let's start.

1. Maintaining a healthy weight:

We never care about our health in terms of our weight. Maintaining a healthy weight is a challenge because people can't control their eating habit. With a clear goal set we must have the desire to do something and ultimately in no matter of time, we are in that position.

Salt probably the king of food without it we cannot imagine our food life. As we know too much of something is a bad thing. Foods with the high concentration of salt must be avoided. As high salt is bad for high B.P which can result dangerous.
Some steps to cut back high salt:

1. Buy foods that are marked "sodium free", "low sodium" or "reduced sodium".

2. Don't add extra salt to the food that you consume.

4. Increasing the consumption of foods that have a lot of nutrients:

Nutrients, Nutrients, Nutrients we all are listening, reading and herd this word many times but we are not giving attention to this terms. If anyone asks us what is nutrients then we are blank we don't have any idea about it. So there is a proverb call "Little knowledge is Dangerous."

Gradually raising the consumption of nutritious foods like:

1. Green leafy vegetables and fruits.

2. Milk products that are fat-free or having low-fat.

3.Eating whole-grains and cereals.

5. Cut back the alcohol:

I called alcohol a poisonous water. People think that drinking such things maintains a standard but forgetting that the alcohol is reducing their health standard. As we know the thing we love are really hard to detach. 

However, there is a solution to these problems we can:

1. If we can't cut back completely but we can decrease the consumption. For eg: men who drink should have no more than 1or 2 drinks each day.

2. For women who drink should consume no more than one drink a day.

3. Women who are pregnant should say completely no to alcohol.
