For instance in United states: about one-third of U.S. adults (33.8%) are obese and approximately 17% (or 12.5 million) of children and adolescents aged 2—19 years are obese. Health weight only is not enough to make you healthy, unbalanced diet can cause a major health risk which may lead you to illness or even death. Some of the health problems are: heart diseases, high blood pressure, type two(2) diabetes, and certain types of cancer.Your smart food choices can help you to be away from such health problems.

Diseases like hypertension, type two(2) diabetes are the risk factor for the adult chronic diseases that is increasingly seen in younger ages. The major factor for this diseases is because of bad food choice and continuous weight gain. Eating habits established in childhood often carry into adulthood, so teaching them the healthy habits at the young will guide them to be healthy in their whole life. .

Choose lean meats - Lean meats have less fat and calories though are best source of protein.
