When I first heard about Zoe Bray-Cotton’s Yoga Burn and decided to review it, I have to admit that I was wondering if it was any good. And if you really could shape and tone your body with this yoga course.

THIS COURSE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS

When I bought this course I think I was expecting something sleazy and simple, a series of magical yoga poses that would create the body I wanted instantly. But as you can see what you get is yoga coaching and help that is much deeper, advanced (yet easy to use) and better explained than I could have ever visualized for myself.

Zoe’s course basically helps you to reform your body into the body you want, feel fit, happy, and comfortable with yourself. She does this with plenty of examples and is honest with the fact that the body transformation you want is going to happen for you if you give the program a try for a longer period than a day. Trading a couple minutes a day and energy for the body you deserve and want isn’t a bad deal at all I think.
