Wearing sunscreen on a daily basis is a good habit to get into anyway. At the very least, be sure to wear it on laser-treated skin. Follow this protocol for two months after treatments.
Don’t be “picky.”
Picking at healing skin, shedding hair, or blisters is the worst thing you could do for your skin. Back hair removal is a very common treatment, but you shouldn’t go scratching like a bear on a tree whenever you find yourself getting the urge to itch. Whenever you feel an urge to pick at itchy skin, put a cold ice pack on the area to save yourself from permanent scarring.
Skip topical products other than sunscreen for 24 hours.
