I know losing weight at home doesn’t look easy, but trust me these 5 tips will lose your weight day by day and you can lose 5-10KG within 15 to 30 days at home.

You just need to add 5 habits in your daily routine for losing weight faster at home.

1. Cut out Sugar, Oil and Junk from your life.
2. Do these 2 simple exercise just after waking up.
3. Live Stress-free life and laugh loud at least 3-4 times a day.
4. Drink hot water throughout the day for next 15 days.
5. Try to be active in the office or at home.

If you are going to change something in your life than you need to change something in your habits.

Leg Raises Exercise:

Raise slowly both legs together and make 45 degrees from the ground, hold till 5 counts and put them down slowly, it is one Repetition of exercise. Rest for 5 sec and do it again.

Do 1 set of 8-10 repetition daily 5 times a week and after first week 2 sets daily for 5 times a week.

Cycling Exercise:

It is very simple and fun to do exercise, anyone can do that. You just need to cycling in the air with both legs by lifting legs in front at 45 degrees. Just make 10 circles and count it as 1 set.

Do 1 set of 8-10 circles daily 5 times a week and after first week 2 sets daily for 5 times a week.

These exercises will make you active, fresh and confident throughout the day. But as I said success is hidden in doing with consistency, so do it daily for 5 min for 30 days.

3. Live Stress-free life and laugh loud at least 3-4 times a day:

Stress plays a very negative role in your life and it is the main reason behind accessive eating habits. Let me tell you a fact, a stressful person eats more than a happy person.

Most of us drink alcohol, smoke and abuse drugs to remove stress from our mind and who don’t do such things eats more than their body needs, but it is not the solution for this problem. So it increases fat in our body.

If you want to lose weight fast just try to stay happy most of the time. You just laugh loud with family or friends 3-4 times every day. Laughing is the best exercise itself and reduces stress.

Drinking hot water is very effective in not only fat loss or in other health problems. It burns your stored fat and cleans your body every time you drink hot water.

It increases your metabolism and improves your digression power which helps you to lose weight. Drinking hot water throughout the day not looks so easy, but you just need to do it for next 15-30days to cut out 5-10 KG body weight.

Many doctors suggest drinking hot water in Obesity and other health problems. Just make it habit to get amazing results.

5. Try to be active in the office or at home:

Busy and non-active lifestyle is also a big reason behind fat gain. You should not sit on a chair all the time and eat junk and drink cold coffee in the office. Walk in corridors, go out for tea and hot coffee with friends.

At home, most of just sit in front of the TV eat chips and drink cold drinks. Don’t do this, go out and play some games with family and friends at least on weekends and take part in social events.
