Back on track

Evening all, hope everyone's had a great weekend and continued to push hard at their goals. Had my weigh day on Friday and as I said earlier I was looking to get back on track after having a bad week last week. I got to the gym a little later today as I had a few things on early on in the evening and weighed myself . I'm back on track now with losing 3lbs this week which made me feel really good. I then went and trained upper body and got a really good session in because the gym was quiet as it was a Friday night. Saturday I had to work so I didn't get chance to get into the gym and I also let myself down by having a takeaway for tea but it was only a chicken kebab. I say only it still shouldn't have happen. I went into the gym at lunch time today (Sunday) knowing I had to work super hard to work off the rubbish I ate on Saturday. I decided to mix up my circuit today and picked 12 stations out of the 2 circuits I have and did 2 rounds. I then finished with a incline walk on the treadmill just to finish off. I'm feeling really positive going into this week and looking to improve even more on the weight loss.
