Second week off work

My second week off work didn't start to well as I had Planned a night out with mates. I hadn't had a beer for 3 weeks but I decided to go out but still planned a gym session Sunday morning. That didn't go to plan, I woke up extremely rough and didn't move off the sofa all day! The Diet went off target too as I ordered takeaway Sunday evening but I was determined to get back on track as off Monday. This week in the gym has been great I have got back into my routine of 2 sessions a day apart from Wednesday I decided to only have 1 session in the morning and to rest for the rest of the day. I will be back in tomorrow for a double session and will work hard as weigh day is coming up, hopefully my bad weekend wont affect my weight loss this week but only time will tell. I think you can allow yourself to have a cheat Meal but don't be over reliant on them. It can easily throw you off track but we don't want that!!

My diet this week has been ok but not perfect. I haven't had much appetite but I have been eating as many meals as possible. My body is getting used to eating the right things now so I think that's why I'm not getting as hungry as often. The whole part of the meal plan is to stop the spikes in your diet on wanting a fizzy drink, chocolate or anything along the lines of junk. I think not boozing has also been a huge help towards losing weight because after drinking you just want to eat junk and makes you not want to go and train.

Big sessions tomorrow should help me towards finishing my week well before my weigh day on Friday so looking forward to it!
