Best Greek Yogurt with Berries and Nuts the Combinations are Endless

Very fast and straightforward to make,  a good start to your day. The nuts and berries can be swapped out to make many nutritious combinations. To make a super snack, replace granola for pecans, walnuts or almonds and use Yogurt with the lowest sugar content like greek yogurt!

  • 6 oz Plain Greek Yogurt (nonfat)
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Rasberries
  • 1/4 cup Granola
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Mint Leaf (optional)
  1. Add yogurt, granola, berries, cinnamon & mint leaf then mix together-yummy! Stay away from pre-made flavored yogurt, they are high in sugar, and you do not get the healthy benefits of real fruit and nuts.
