  • Lie down on a firm surface.

2.- Take an infusion of sage, with lemon juice and honey on an empty stomach.

This very simple recipe will help you get that flat stomach even faster. Sage, among many other things, is very cleansing to the digestion, dissolves fats, reduces abdominal swelling and prevents constipation.

If for four days a month, you take this infusion at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and reduce your fat intake during those four days, your abdomen will be noticeably flatter. This is a simple habit that produces great results.

If you can’t do an hour try at least 20 minutes of walking. In addition to helping you stay fit and lose weight, you will help regulate your blood sugar level and prevent diabetes.Walking also promotes circulation, elasticity and helps keep the mind clear.

Another great thing about walking is, if it’s done daily, it becomes quite an addictive habit, since the benefits to the body ar easily noticed.

 6. Have a cup of  tea.

Pu-erh tea, also known as emperors tea, helps with weight loss and reduces cholesterol and triglycerides. It also activates the metabolism of the liver. Pu-erh tea is both a depurative and diuretic. You can take it for breakfast or after meals.

7 . Watch how you eat in the evening. 

The debate about whether eating at night makes you gain weight. But bear in mind that eating a majority of your calories after 8 p.m. may result in poor sleep quality (and poor sleep is associated with future weight gain and obesity).   

Apart from interrupting sleep—cycles, late-night munchers tend to graze on high-calorie snacks and often end up exceeding their recommended daily caloric intake. In addition, nighttime snacking tends to take place in front of the TV, where overeating is all too easy.

So for the sake of your sleep and waistline, try (if possible) to have your last meal a few hours before sleep.
