Basic method of losing weight

Now a days there are lot of scam products in market that claims that you can lose 10kg weight in month or less.But before buying that products , you need to understand what is the process through which Body losses fat.
When we eat food ,our body break it down to the calories. Then   calories that are excess and our body don't need to use , is stored in our body as fat or muscle.proteins are stored in muscles and carbohydrates and fats calories are stored in form of fat.
 Now we understand how fat is produced in  our body, all we have to do is reduce its production and lose previous stored fat in our body.
To reduce production of fat in body we need reduce intake of calories from fat, so we should eat protein enriched foods or foods with very low calories like green vegetable salad.
Now to reduce Fat already stored in body is all we have to do is,use that fat.  1 kg of fat have 7000 to 8000 calories. To lose that fat , a recommended method is doing intense exercise and best that I would recommend is shadow boxing through which you can lose 1000 calories a hour. So daily one hour of Shadow boxing for ten days and you will lose 1.5 kg of fat. Other exercise like running and jogging are also good but they burn less calories than shadow boxing . The amount of calories they burn are 300 to 500 calories per hour depending on your speed and weight
