Easy Summer Dinners: We Loved This One

Somewhere over the rainbow there was the girl who ate everything. Just kidding, she hails from Florida! We tried one of her recipes for easy Summer Dinners and we loved it. It’s the one pan chicken and spinach orzo and it was hard to believe how much flavor it packed in such a short amount of prep time. Why we thought it was da bomb? It’s fast. Our days are spent trying to save lives, so we have minimal time for healthy dinner prep. This recipe cooks in 12-15 minutes! He simmered, I chopped. It’s easy. Most of the ingredients will probably already be sitting around lonesome on your pantry shelves just waiting to be used, so get to it! It’s healthy. We get it, we love eating out too. What’s better than someone waiting on you after a 12 hour work day, right? Well, your health of course.  This dish has the 4 major food groups and the calorie content per portion is just a little over 300 calories, and you know exactly what you’re putting in when you cook at home.
