When a Wedding Bouquet Crashes the Party

SPRING IS HERE. Supposedly. April Fool’s obviously came early on the East Coast, because we’re still battling the frigid gusts of winter on this side of the continent. While we’re wrapped in sweaters and scarves during what is supposed to be the first week of spring, I have been attempting to accelerate the onset of  spring by Pinterest’ing flower decor and Wedding bouquets for our upcoming nupitals. Clearly, it’s not working.  Roses, azaleas, hydrangeas, peonies….I’m trying to learn the basics ever since one of the flower vendors asked me about the details. (Vendor:”So what kind of flowers are you picturing?”, Me:”Ummm… white?” Blink. Blink. Blink.)   So when this story popped up on my radar, I clicked. I have to admit I never thought something like this can totally set off an emergency response system during a wedding, but I guess happens.
