It was the year 1998, when I joined company as a PR Executive. Right after a few months of joining, my manager acknowledged my work and promoted me as a Sr. PR executive. During my journey of two decades, I had been assigned responsibility of many other critical tasks including Circulation, Sales and building relations with people. From an executive, I became a manager, who today is an inspiration for his team members and crucial asset for the company. Now, I look after Tradeshows, organize and represent Tradeindia in them along with my team. I also contribute in Sales Department and managing many Admin work of the company.

There are numerous benefits that company has provided me in my journey so far. In my initial years, I was encouraged for studying more as I wanted to, and I did my MBA in Marketing by working here only. I was also given opportunity of visiting Germany, Singapore, Italy, Hong Kong and many other countries to represent the company.

One more thing, about which I would like to cite down is the excellent work environment of the company; the employees working here are passionate about their job. The company offers regular training programmes to hone skills of the employees, I believe that I have been polished from a stone to a star in this company. Tradeindia not just takes good care of its employees but also of their family members by providing gift vouchers, mediclaim and many other facilities. Tradeindia has showered everything which I couldn’t have wished in my humble days. Everything seems to be settled in my life now.
