Most probably you are using a McAfee antivirus, what you should do is to turn off the Firewall and the real time Scanning. TURN IT OFF, and the relaunch Dragon nest. You do not have to uninstall Mcafee or your current antivirus, you just need to temporarily disable it every time you play.

1. Click the Mcafee icon which is (most probably) located in your desktop. If not search for it in your computer.
2. Click Home which is located in the right side of the Mcafee window, you will see the "Virus and Spyware Protection" and "web and email protection".
Let's disable the "Real time scanning" first. Click the box where the virus and spyware protection is located, you will be directed to new menus. Click the real time scanning option then click the turn off button. A pop up will ask you how long will you disable it, choose "restart:.
