Technorati is an Internet search engine for searching blogs, competing with Google and Yahoo. Everyday, thousands of visitor search for information through it.
If your blog is registered in technorati, a bigger chance it will be seen by visitors.
This can increase your SEO Blog rank.
To register in Technorati, follow below simple steps:
1. Sign In on Technorati, if not register, please Join on Technorati
2. Click your account (your userID), it's near signout link, fill your profile if less and scroll down
3. Add your Blog URL (complete) like http://www.myblog.com and click Claim button.
4. Fill your Blog title, URL, Feed URL, Site Description, site categories, site tags or site keywords and click Proceed to the next step button
5. Wait until "Blog claim status" appear like this.
6. After Blog Claim Status, we must be verify blog.
Back to point 2, your blog will appear like image below and click check claim button to verify.
7. You will find "Claim status" like this:
Technorati will need to verify that you are an author of the blog by looking for a unique code. Please put the following short code TPH9WT33TZ79 within a new blog post and publish it. This code must appear in the published post and it must also appear in your corresponding RSS feed once published. Once it is published, use the "Verify Claim Token" button on this page to tell Technorati your blog is ready for Technorati to verify the claim token and proceed to final review.
So, you must put your unique code in new blog post and publish it.
