This leads us to the conclusion that we have started to question the position of women in society and its roles. We are surrounded by numerous examples of women who are successfully balancing between career and motherhood. Why is this a phenomenon? It is commonly known that women are multi-faceted people who are more likely to do more things at the same time and therefore have more roles.
