Honestly, the job initiative programme of President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration, N-power is an institution of learning.
What of if it's called N-power University?
An institution of learning is an environment where minds are meant to be shaped positively, and molded in such a way that they'll have impact on the society.
N-power programme is helping in that direction.
But how would the Governing Council be like?
Governing Council is the highest decision making body of any institution.
So let's take a look at the organisational Structure of the supposedly N-POWER UNIVERSITY

2) Vice President (Prof.) Yemi Osinbajo -Chairman, Governing Council
3) Mr. Afolabi Imoukhuede -Vice Chancellor
4) Head of N-power Situation Room- Deputy Vice Chancellor
5) State Focal Persons -Dean of Faculties
6) Head of PPA -Heads of Department (HOD )
7) N-power beneficiaries- "under-graduates, who are undergoing various training that'll nurture them to be self reliant.

N-Power addresses the challenge of youth unemployment by providing a structure for large scale and relevant work skills acquisition and development while linking its core and outcomes to fixing inadequate public services and stimulating the larger economy.
