Honestly, I find it hard to believe that anyone can just assume right over anyone. NOW, HOW TO ASSUME RIGHT OVER EVERYONE. If everyone had tips like this at their disposal maybe, just maybe the plain field will be levelled based on how well you carry out the tips. Having second thoughts, DON'T. I know you must feel like people don't look at you with that emmmph factor, or simply never have time for you. Just plot all this out in your head and begin to play it out in your life, GRADUALLY.
 STEP 1: Tolerant and patience to go through with it. AND NOT FEEL BAD (cause you'll soon feel better)
STEP 2: Sleep a lot. (sounds a bit funny, it helps with stamina)
STEP 3: *Don't do drugs*
STEP 4: SPACE OUT ALL YOUR PRIORITIES
STEP 5: Build chakra (cause I know, at this point you are already feeling shitty)
STEP 6: Understand that YOU have people inside YOU
STEP 7: STOP looking for individuals to cling on to. (you have often people to deal with inside you)
STEP 8: Don't listen to the sh** anyone says, AT ALL. (you have voices inside you, JUST LISTEN)
STEP 9: DON'T LISTEN TO YOUR HEART (that sh** gets people into trouble)
STEP.....: (COULDN'T FIND THE INFINITY SIGN) Filter and accept only what you hear that VOICE SAY. (ONLY THAT VOICE)

You should probably screenshot this or have handy (like write, people are getting so lazy), I hope this is good enough for you. don't worry about the old friends they eventually understand that you've evolved and STOP the talks.
NOTE: People just want slaves, GET YOURS. It becomes handy in case of WAR. Draw strength from void,  darkness and silence.
