Apartheid was a system of institutionalised racial segregation and discrimination in South Africa between 1948 and 1991. Much like our own Jim Crow laws of the past.
Even though blacks were bigger chunck of the population in South Africa, and much smaller in the US.
It was more on how a certain segment of its OWN citizens were being treated by its OWN government.
It had nothing to do with river jumpers, or illegal aliens in either countries.
In the USA, it never was their THEIR GOVERNMENT to be considered apartheid, they're not citizens of here, they are illegals. Central America is their government.
