Why is it people keep trying to please God?
If there is a God, I think God doesn’t want all this nonsense about Loving God, obedience adoration, confession of sin’s, sacrifice, sacraments and martyrdom, and all the other baggage that comes and goes with religion.
Why do these religious people want to make God happy?
God doesn’t need the help of people to be made happy.
If anything I think God... if in existence...would prefer to make everyone happy and free of pain and suffering... after all we are told to believe that God is benevolent, loving and forgiving so just get on with your life and leave God alone.
