The New York Times' exhaustive review of Scott Pruitt's long history of Corruption, is an indictment of all the Senator's who voted for his confirmation as much as it is the EPA Administrator.

It is abundantly clear that Pruitt has had a corruption problem throughout his career. Either 52 Senators didn't bother reviewing his background in any detail, or they knew about it and didn't care. Whichever one it was, those Senators failed in their job.
