Is there any other President in American history who, after a federal grand jury issued an indictment alleging a campaign to disrupt the American electoral process by a foreign country, would do nothing to that foreign country? I'm not necessarily talking about military action. At the very least, I would think this would call for expulsion of the ambassador. Or maybe just a sternly worded protest letter?

None of those things seems to have occurred to President Trump. In a very real sense, we do not have a president right now.
