By Augustus Douw It is almost too good to be true, how Iran, after years of fussing, denying and refusing to cooperate with the IAEA and other countries on opening up its nuclear enrichment facilities for inspection, has suddenly become very cooperative and run across the floor to the negotiating table. It is suspicious, and surprising. Is it possible that Iran has been playing a game, and has
