Final NY Qualified Parties after 2018 General Election


In New York, Qualified Party Placement is Determined by the Total Number of Votes a Party Received in the Governor's Race, and need a Minimum of 50,000. This will determine the Parties Position on the Ballot for the Next Four years.

As of today, the New York Board of Elections has reported the Results of 15,598 Precincts.

New Qualified Parties and their Position on Future Ballots

Democratic Party (DEM) - 3,424,416 Votes

Republican Party (REP) - 1,926,485 votes

Conservative Party (CON) - 253,624 Votes

Working Families Party (WOR) - 114,478 Votes

Green Party (GRE) - 103,946 Votes

Libertarian Party (LBT) - 95,033

Independence Party (IND) - 68,713 Votes

Serve America Movement (SAM) - 55,441 Votes

Lost Ballot Access

Women's Equality Party (WEP) - 27,733

Reform Party (REF) - 27,493 Votes
