ABSA Internet Banking Review- Complaint handling service is just the worst I have experienced any organization anywhere in the world. Their whole point is that they must react and dump any complaints, anyway they can in 3 days. Email you details of the complaint, they send you an illiterate, meaningless garbled responses, and closed their complaints system, properly addressed. They refuse to answer any questions or respond to further e-mail. The person you talk phone, they will pass it to others, they send you an illiterate, meaningless gibberish reply and closed the complaint satisfactorily resolved. You go round and round in circles, did not care. If the banks and ABSA's then transferred to other areas as long as you hit your problem and they have no hope! Like more!
