To get Timeline on your profile, you'll have to head over to Facebook's official Timeline page and click the "Get It Now" button at the bottom of the page.

After you've enabled it on your Account, you'll need to set everything up and have a seven day review period to play around with the design before anyone else can see it, and then you can hit the publish button and let everyone look at it.

What do you need to do when you're reviewing it? You're allowed to hide or delete status Updates, and you can also highlight the updates you want to feature on your Timeline by clicking on the star to the right of the update.

A new tool called Activity Log also makes its debut and you can review every single thing you've ever done on Facebook since you opened your account.

Privacy settings look like they are intact for now, but its best to check it again less you accidentally share information with some circle of friends you don't want to.
