A man was caught on camera when trying to take upskirt photo of a woman in a petrol station.
He is alleged to be taking a Photo or video on his phone, as the unsuspecting woman waits to pay in a petrol station.
Sensing something is amiss, the woman turns around and catches the man in the act, but he seems to be busy with something else on the floor.
The footage was captured in South Africa and has been shared on Facebook and in regional newspapers.
According to the Zululand Observer , the woman, who wants to press charges, was reportedly turned away from Richards Bay Police Station when attempting to open a case.
King Cetshwayo SAPS Cluster communications officer, Captain Mbongeni Mdlalose, says police are aware of the incident and are currently investigating.
The woman’s claim she was turned away by police is also being investigated, he added.
