CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA – Kenneth Boyles, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, was sentenced Friday, May 18th to six months incarceration and ordered to pay back more than $240,000 for health care fraud, United States Attorney Bill Powell announced.
Boyles, age 52, pled guilty to one count of “Health Care Fraud” in January 2018. Boyles admitted to falsely reporting symptoms related to his service in the United States Army Reserves to the Veterans Health Administration in order to fraudulently collect more than $224,000 in benefits.
