California News: Bay Area Doctors Agree To Settle DOJ Claims That They Failed To Maintain Adequate Records Regarding Controlled Substances

SAN FRANCISO, CA – Drs. William Longton, Ruben Kalra, and Richard Shinaman have agreed to collectively pay $260,000 to settle allegations by the U.S. Department of Justice that they failed to keep and Maintain Adequate Records and other allegations pertaining to controlled substances at their Novato, Pleasant Hill, and Pleasanton offices, announced Acting United States Attorney Alex G. Tse and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Special Agent in Charge, San Francisco Field Division, Christopher D. Nielsen.
