In Asia, people are aware about the health benefits of bitter gourd, so they try their best to innovate bitter gourd to give it a twist. Next time you will drink with your friends bring an ampalaya with you. Kidding again, fried chicken is much better just remember to drink moderately. You only have one body. Studies show that bitter melon posses' antioxidants that helps your body fight free radicals that can cause cancer.
