I wanted to say ‘fork to fork’ but this is no-dig, so that would be taking artistic licence a little too far.

Anyhow, everything on the Plate came from the Plot which makes me feel very satisfied.

The Salad is a mix of rocket, sugar snap peas, calabrese, broad beans and french beans.  I lightly boiled them, refreshed in cold water and tossed in some olive oil, lemon juice and a sprinkle of sumac.  The potato salad is first early Wilja.
