If there will be deficiency in the Vitamin A the person will have eye sight problem. It happens that when we are in a dark room we can still see some objects. But those people having vitamin A deficiency will not be able to see in low light intensity.

Lemons, Limes or Citric Fruit is a good source of Vitamin C. The disease cause by deficiency of Vitamin C is Scurvy. This is really a painful disease. What happens is that the gums start to swollen. The skin becomes spotty and there is a lot of bleeding. It’s regular symptoms also include losing teeth.

Vitamin D helps to transport Calcium to the bones. Its Deficiency is severe. In children Vitamin D deficiency cause Rickets in which the bones of the limbs of child bends.
