The Canon EOS 1300D is also known as Digital Rebel T6 it is the advanced version of EOS 1200D or Rebel T5. This latest camera is embedded with lot of key features than its predecessors. Though, 1300D uses the same sensor that is 18MP APS-C and is coupled with near identical processor Digic 4+, as a result you get a continuous Shooting rate of 3fps along with the maximum standard sensitivity of ISO 6400.

In the Video Snapshot mode, you can take Full HD video at 30fps, and it is also capable of combining small video clips to a mosaic succession. This camera has a LCD screen of 920k-dot, thus you would be able to viewing the photos or videos in high resolution. Ease of Use

If we look at the appearance of Canon EOS 1300D, it looks almost similar to EOS 1200D. The placement of button and the controlling option is the same, and its weight and size are almost similar. Its dimension is 129mm wide, 101.3mm high and 77.6mm deep, and weighs 485 g. The only difference between two cameras is that 1300D is 0.3mm shallower and 0.6mm narrower, but it is 1.6mm taller and 25 g heavier than its earlier model. Its body is made from carbon fiber polycarbonate body and gets more strength externally and also makes this camera dust and water resistant. Along with this, it has a decent space to place your thumb along with exposure compensation. The two zoom playback keys are conveniently placed at the top of right hand corner. It has sufficient space to rest your hands while shooting videos or clicking zoom.

On the rear panel of the new EOS 1300D, it has a committed ISO as well as white balance buttons in this way you can control it physically. If you want to access the settings of other key shooting such as exposure modes and file quality this can be done easily by pressing the Q button and then you can quickly access the menu. It also allows you to adjust the exposure compensation of +/- 5 EV. If you want to access this option quickly, it can be easily done by pressing the button that is devoted to exposure compensation button that is immediately placed above the Q button. It has all together ten menu tabs that are split into camera settings, playback, shooting and My Menu customization tab, and to access these options you have to use the directional buttons placed on the rear panel or the control wheel.

Moreover, using EOS 1300D you can enjoy the real fun of photography. It has the DIGIC 4+ image processor and 18-megapixel APS-C size sensor. It has a rich auto shooting application and it is also compatible with 70 EF or EF-S lenses, and thus helps you to take stunning photos as well as videos with ease and can even share the photos and videos through Wi-Fi on the social media. Along with this it also has various settings for scene mode, such as Food, Sports, Night Portrait, Macro, Portrait presets, and Landscape. With the help of Creative Auto mode, which precisely as the regular Auto mode, the only difference between the two is that you can control the background blurriness by adjusting the virtual slider and adjusting the aperture of lens. You would be able to snap images or videos in three modes that is manual modes, auto mode, and semi-automatic mode.

In 1300D it has a drive mode button, which allows you to select between continuous, self-timer, single shot, with a delay of 2 -second or 10-second, along with the continuous self-timer taking snap a burst of shots after the initial delay. With the help of Digic 4+ chip the buffer capacity gets increased and it can fire up to 1110 JPEGs, but with only 6 successive RAW images and has a shooting speed of 5 fps.

Canon EOS 1300D – Screen & Lens

It has 3-inch size display screen, with 170-degree vertical and horizontal viewing angles and has the monitor resolution of 920,000 dots. It is very effective if you are shooting shots from close distance and using live view. The 1300D’s kit lenses either the 18-55mm IS II lens, or a basic, non-stabilized 18-55mm lens. Using the lens of 18-55mm IS STM helps you to get quieter and smoother focus. The battery that is used in this Canon EOS 1300D is same that is used in Canon EOS 1200 D that is LP-E10 rechargeable Li-ion power pack and thus you would be able to take 500 shots after every charging.

Final Verdict:

The latest Canon EOS 1300D packs, that has lot of latest features that make photography a fun. And if you are looking to have a DSLR camera of your own, then we would recommend this to the users. It is using DIGIC 4+ image processor along with 18 - megapixel APS-C size sensor that helps you to photos and videos like professional photographers. It also has a lot of auto shooting features and it is well-matched with 70 EF or EF-S lenses, and allows you to memorable photos and videos. Most importantly, you can even share the photos and videos via Wi-Fi. And thus due to all these features this camera along with the Wi-Fi connectivity has made this camera so special!
