Malden, MO (KSDK) - The estranged Husband of a Missing mother of triplets was arrested Friday on Unrelated Charges, the Malden City Police Department said.
Clay Waller was arrested around 6 p.m. on two outstanding warrants out of Cape Girardeau: misdemeanor harassment and felony stealing by deceit.
